Interior Fit-Out
Bars, clubs, restaurants, and other commercial spaces. We draw the plans ourselves and build them ourselves — custom counters, furniture, and finishes included.
Electrical Work
Licensed electricians on our own team. Lighting design, wiring, and power upgrades are built exactly as drawn — no coordination overhead with outside contractors.
Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Installation and replacement of AC and ventilation systems, planned together with the interior so ducts and units never fight your design.

We visit the property, take measurements, and check the utilities. You receive drawings and a detailed estimate — free of charge.

Interior, electrical and HVAC work all done by our own team, scheduled backwards from your opening day and the required inspections.

Can I call you in English?

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The site survey, drawings, and estimate are all free, with no obligation to proceed.
Which areas do you cover?
Tokyo and the surrounding prefectures: Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba.
Can you handle Japanese legal requirements for my venue?
Yes. We design and build with Japanese fire-safety regulations and nightlife business requirements in mind. Fire-protection equipment (alarms, sprinklers, exit lights) and the fire-department filings themselves are not offered; we coordinate our schedule with your fire-equipment contractor.
Can you work with second-hand (inuki) properties?
Yes. We inspect the existing wiring, AC, and equipment on site, and reuse what is still good to keep your costs down. Full skeleton renovations are also possible.
